Quantum path to photosynthesis
Article Abstract:
Various phenomenons of quantum mechanics are used to study and determine the energy-transfer through the chromophore complexes in plants and bacteria during the critical mechanism of efficient light harvesting. The analysis suggests that the knowledge of the process can be used to solve the problem of mankind's energy requirements, as this energy can also be used efficiently in a chemical form by reducing the production of different hazardous waste materials.

Discovery of [super 40]Mg and [super 42]Al suggests neutron drip-line slant towards heavier isotopes
Article Abstract:
The discovery of two new neutron-rich isotopes, [super 40]Mg and [super 42]Al, predicted to be drip-line nuclei which provides a benchmark for models of the atomic nucleus is reported.
